FoXX Health integrates EmaEQ's women's health AI into its platform
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
MICHIGAN (November 4, 2026): FoXX Health, the women's health technology platform for full-body symptom tracking and doctor-ready health insights, today announced a partnership with EmaEQ, the AI company building a new standard of intelligence for women's health. Through the partnership, FoXX is bringing EmaEQ's AI into the FoXX app, putting AI built for women's health right alongside the symptoms, wearable data, and life context women already track in FoXX.
Women often manage symptoms that span multiple body systems, months of time, and changing life phases. By the time they reach a short appointment, that story is scattered across notes, apps, and memory. FoXX was built from the patient side to change that, helping women capture their symptoms, wearable data, and life context in one place so they can walk into every visit with a clear, complete picture.
The partnership marks a turning point for FoXX Health, moving the company from a vision for better women's health data into a fully functional, AI-powered product. With EmaEQ's AI now part of the platform, the experience women have been asking for is now built, connected, and ready to roll out.
What the partnership brings to FoXX users
AI that understands women's health. EmaEQ's AI system Ema, developed specifically for women's health, will power conversational insights inside the FoXX app, helping women make sense of what they are experiencing in plain language.
The full picture, not a single symptom. Insights draw on FoXX's full-body symptom tracker, cross-symptom patterns, and connected data from Oura, Fitbit, and Apple Health, helping women spot the inflection points behind a symptom over time.
Better conversations with doctors. FoXX's Appointment Companion helps women prepare for visits and share their history more clearly, without adding work to a clinician's day.
Enriched with FoXX's licensed data. FoXX can add its licensed NIH, National Library of Medicine, and SNOMED data sets into EmaEQ, helping the symptoms a woman describes in her own words connect to the clinical terms her care team recognizes.
Women own their data on FoXX and decide what they share and with whom.
Quotes
"One in three women say a healthcare provider has dismissed their symptoms, yet about 76% of diagnoses come from a patient's own health history and what she is able to recall in the exam room," said Maria Haugen, Founder and CEO of FoXX Health. "That gap is exactly what FoXX was built to close. With EmaEQ, women have AI built for women's health that helps them make sense of their symptoms and walk into every appointment with their full story. We want to work alongside doctors without adding to their workflow, and create a more supported, empowered patient who can properly advocate for herself. This partnership takes FoXX from an idea I believed in to a working product in women's hands."
"Women have spent far too long describing their symptoms to people who didn't have the full picture, and then leaving the appointment with more questions than answers," said Amanda Ducach, co-founder and CEO of EmaEQ. "FoXX is flipping that experience on its head, and we're proud to partner with them to bring Ema's women's health intelligence into the fold so that women can feel heard, understood, and advocated for."
Building the evidence together
FoXX Health and EmaEQ are also collaborating with the American Chronic Pain Association (ACPA) on a clinical validation study evaluating whether full-body symptom tracking leads to measurably better doctor visits.
