Customer notice: Deleting your account is permanent. You will lose your history of health tracking, appointment preparation, and community support. All personal identifiable information will be removed from our database within 45 days.
By deleting your account, your subscription will be automatically canceled, and you will not be refunded for the unused subscription time. You are welcome to start a new account with us at anytime, however your previously associated email address may not be available until after your previous subscription end date.
Steps to delete your account:
In-app: Navigate to your Account page and select “Delete my account”
Via e-mail: To delete your account via email, please send an email to support@foxxthealth.com with the subject line “Delete my account”. In the email please include your first name, last name, and DOB. Additionally, the email address used to contact support should be from the same email address used to set up your account.
